I want different accounts in TB Get Messages and Write

I don't want certain accounts to be in the Get Messages process, yet I want them to be in the From: pull-down when writing an email. I'm thinking of Yahoo disposable addresses in particular - which have no meaning in terms of Get Messages. Other clients have an account option like "Include in Get Messages" Y/N. Has TB anything that can force an account to be Send but Not Receive - or, come to that, Receive and Not Send? TIA
